I would rate this one of the top veterinary clinic I have had to go to staff are friendly and well educated in their field the animals are well looked after in a warm caring manner

I have nothing positive to say about this place whatsoever. I’ve made the mistake taking my animal here because every time I am met with rudeness and no compassion. My nanny brought her dog here 16 years ago, who had cancer, but was misdiagnosed so we didn’t even know his condition until we went to Healthy Vets. I figured their incompetence and standard for staff had changed since then but clearly not. Their staff clearly do not care for the animals and are only in it for the monetary aspects and I heavily recommend you take your animals to Healthy Vets because they actually know what they’re doing!

Was in today with a cat i found on the road. The staff was so kind and patient with me, i was heartbroken over the poor thing. Have to say was not impressed by the receptionist, had a very ignorant and unpleasant attitude.

Without a shadow of doubt the worst vets I have ever experienced. Zero compassion zero empathy. Misdiagnosed our dog . Was all about money with them. For any one who’s considering this place don’t. Different vet as well every few months that tells you all you need to know.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the team at Avenue Veterinary Clinic for the exceptional care they provided to my beloved Alfie over his 13 and a half years with us. From the moment we brought him in as a puppy, we knew he was in good hands. Throughout the years, the staff was always attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to answer our questions and made every visit as comfortable as possible for both our dog and us. We truly felt like part of the family. When it came time to say goodbye, Catarina handled the situation with such love and care. She made a difficult moment a little more bearable with her kindness and compassion. I will forever be grateful for the way she treated our dog in his final moments. Thank you Catarina & team for the years of dedication and support. You helped us provide the best life possible for our furry companion, and for that, we are eternally grateful.

The vet really was brilliant with our new puppy Snowy, so far what he recommended for snowy is already starting to work, and looking forward to the follow up examination next week, also it was so easy to book the appointment online which made the whole process great, no need to phone
